20 Taps.
Endless Adventure.

At Bivy, the journey starts at the tap. We pour from 20 rotating draft lines, offering a mix of Colorado’s top craft beers and standout selections from acclaimed out-of-state breweries—rare finds you won’t spot on every Golden tap list. Whether you’re into hazy IPAs, crisp lagers, or a tart, refreshing sour, there’s always something new waiting to be discovered. And because we’re proud to be neighbors with a legend, we’ll always keep Coors on tap too.

Not into beer? No worries. We’ve got you covered with a curated selection of Old World wine, handcrafted cocktails, and non-alcoholic options for every kind of explorer.

Step into a world of exceptional beverages carefully curated to delight your taste buds.

Fuel for the Journey

From trailhead to barstool, we’ve got your hunger covered. Our menu features fresh salads and gourmet hot dogs & brats -  all crafted to keep you going strong. Whether you're craving something light, hearty, or just downright indulgent, there’s something here for every kind of adventurer.

Where Adventurers Connect

Whether you’re linking up with old friends or making new ones, Bivy is your post adventure hangout. Swing by after a hike, ride, or climb. Grab a beer. Share stories.
You might just meet your next trail buddy or belay partner - right here.

More Than Just a Beer Bar

At Bivy, we’re building community one event at a time. From trivia nights and chess club to pint nights and bingo, our regular events are designed to bring people together over great beer and shared passions.

We’re also launching a speaker series to spark conversations around outdoor education, stewardship, and life in the wild—featuring climbers, conservationists, guides, and everyday adventurers.

And don’t miss Campfire Stories—our open mic-style night where guests share their funniest, wildest, and most unforgettable tales from the trail. Some are epic. Some are disasters. All are worth hearing.

Because at Bivy, sharing stories is just as important as sharing a pint.
